Team Challenge

Presenter: Windy City Fieldhouse

WindyCity Fieldhouse presents highly engaging and entertaining events designed to enhance teamwork and communication, build relationships, improve group problem solving skills and develop strategic planning capabilities. You are guaranteed a fun and competitive event. The group that works most effectively as a team wins the competition.

While the day's activities will not require exertion, comfortable, casual attire is suggested. Thank you!

Team Challenge

The event begins after the group is broken into teams of approximately 10 to 15 people. Two teams compete head to head at each station with each team actively engaged at all times. Teams will rotate through these five activity areas.

  • Puzzling Planks: focus on teamwork and strategic planning
  • Tell Me a Story: effective listening, time management
  • Geometric Puzzler: group learning, team problem solving
  • Picture This: time management, communication
  • Pipeline Pass: teamwork, group learning

Community Outreach

The Community Outreach Team is asking you to get an early start on your spring cleaning!
Please join our clothing drive to help MPI donate gently used career clothing to the Middleton Outreach Ministry which is better known as M.O.M.  This service provides clothing for struggling men and women for interviews or beginning new employment within the Madison area.  Please bring as many items as you can to our January meeting at Hilton Garden Inn Madison West.  Tis the season to share with the less fortunate.  Lets not loose sight of what is really important during the holidays and help give back!

Deep Skills Debriefing Session

An experienced facilitator reviews, in detail, the business skills that made teams successful during the challenge. Examples of business situations are given to help participants understand the connection between the skills utilized in the activities and how they relate to their work environment. A ten to thirty minute discussion takes place to stress the importance of contiinually delveloping and utilizing these skills in the workplace.

Sponsorship

Meeting Professionals International-WI Chapter will be hosting the annual February Chapter Meeting & Fundraiser at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Milwaukee-Wauwatosa. The event will include carnival games and entertainment. We are looking for sponsors to help make this event successful.  Sponsors will need to supply a person to operate the carnival game or vending machine giving you one on one time with MPI members.  All sponsorships will include signage as well as recognition in the event program.
