Are you using social media to best promote your company’s events and services?  If you haven’t gotten into using the social media on a regular basis, or if you’re looking for new ideas to help you use these tools better, this workshop is for you.   This is a hands-on, half-day training of the basics and beyond of the three most important social media tools today, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, and will provide you tools and ideas that can make your business learn how to use these tools most efficiently.

Led by Jim Spellos, a 20 year veteran of the hospitality industry and MPI Platinum speaker, join MPI Wisconsin in this essential program.  Computers will be provided and shared by participants so that they can immediately apply the tools and explore the ideas taught in class.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the attendee will be able to:

  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of these and other social media tools
  • Understand how to customize each tool for maximum value
  • Identify best practices in utilizing social media for business
  • Use and understand and lingo and terminology of social media

** Laptop Stations will be available during the General Session.
If you would like to bring your own laptop, please make certain that
you have a "wireless" connection and have access to Face book, Linked-In
& Twitter.

Computers provided and sponsored by Vanguard Computers/ CompURent

Community Outreach

Soles4Souls has a simple concept: we get shoes and give them away.

Soles4Souls accepts all types of shoes: athletic, running, dress, sandals, pumps, heels, work boots, cleats, dance, flip flops, just as long as they are new or gently worn.  Monetary donations are also accepted!

Soles4Souls receives large donations from footwear companies, retailers, churches, nonprofit ministries, civic groups, schools, and individuals and saw that this could become a full time organization. That's why Soles4Souls was created – to facilitate the donations from these groups to the people who desperately need footwear.
