MPI-WI Spring Education Day
May 13, 2010
Outreach
The May Community Outreach project
is for the Ronald McDonald House. The Wisconsin
Chapter of MPI originally donated the funds
to build one of the bedrooms at the Madison
location 16 years ago. This year, we return
once again to help, by asking our members
to donate much-needed items on their current
Wishlist. The Ronald McDonald House
provides a “home away from home” for
families whose children (18 and under) are
undergoing treatment at local area health
care facilities. The House allows
families to stay together during an often
very difficult time. Madison House Director,
Laurie Irwin, expressed her appreciation
for the Madison location being chosen
for assistance by our chapter this year.
