Mark your calendars for the 31st Annual MPI – WI Awards Gala.  This year we are Painting the Town Green!!  Not only will we honor our top industry advocates and volunteers, we will make all of our best efforts in incorporating environmental considerations to minimize the carbon footprint of this event.

Raffle Tickets

Don’t forget to purchase your raffle tickets for a chance to win a number of fantastic prizes!!  Proceeds from the raffle will go towards supplementing the valuable educational programs and activities held by MPI – WI throughout the year.  You may purchase them in advance (with credit card) or onsite.

1 ticket for $1.00; 6 tickets for $5.00; 13 for $10.00; 30 for $20.  
Online Special: For every $20 raffle purchase you receive 40 tickets!

The more you buy, the higher your chances are of winning!

Community Support

Gala attendees that bring (2) non-perishable food items to the gala will receive (1) raffle ticket. Items will be donated to a local food pantry to help supplement the shelves over the busy fall season. Let’s give back to the community by bringing items for those in need and you’ll receive chances to win some great raffle prizes.

Transportation

The rising cost of gas and carbon emissions into the environment has prompted an opportunity to offer a carpooling option for this event.  If you are interested in carpooling, please visit this link to either post your interest or see others that have placed a note on the ride-share board.

Sponsorship Opportunities

CALLING ALL MPI-WI CHAPTER MEMBERS,

It is that time of year again and we invite you to participate in this year’s MPI Awards Gala as an official event sponsor.  This year’s event will be held at the Blue Harbor Resort and Conference Center in Sheboygan, WI and instead of being blue we’re going to “Paint the Town Green!”

While we will use this time to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and recognize our Chapter’s top advocates and volunteers, we will also incorporate environmental considerations into the planning process to minimize the overall carbon footprint of this event. 

In order to ensure a successful gala event, we are asking for sponsorship dollars and donations to cover the general costs of producing and executing this night.  Please consider making a contribution in the form of a sponsorship, raffle item or cash donation to help offset the "out-of-pocket" costs of this appreciation event.  What a way to showcase your products and services to MPI members by participating as a sponsor! You will be identified as an official sponsor on all promotional pieces, onsite program, verbal acknowledgement and product exposure, where applicable.  If you are unable to provide a full sponsorship, we do welcome any discounted products and services you are able to offer.

Help us honor the commitment and boundless efforts of those in our Chapter who have been integral to the advancement of the meetings and events industry.  Be a sponsor by responding as soon as possible, but no later than August 18, 2008.  We appreciate your participation in helping make this event a success.
