November 11, 2004

At Kohler Co., management of critical resources is more than likely controlled through usage of the Six Sigma methodology and the tools related with continuous improvement. Empowering your workforce is reliant upon the introduction of systematic decision making tools that require advanced planning, metric tracking and feedback loops. Performing at peak efficiency and delivering an event that meets and exceeds expectations is a requisite in business. A uniform and well-communicated standard for performing these tasks is critical to the process of providing reliable end products and services.
