MPI Wisconsin would like to welcome everyone to "Winter In Central Park", our chapter's annual Holiday party/Chapter Fundraiser. Along with the amazing packages that will be available as part of the silent auction, one lucky member will leave with a trip to New York City!

As always, your generosity will aid in guaranteeing the level of education provided by the chapter each year, the continuation of the scholarship program, which aids a student entering the industry, and continue the growth of the degree program established by the chapter in 2001.

This year we will reach beyond our chapter to make this holiday season brighter by donating a portion of the proceeds to the Madison Food Pantry. In addition, we are asking chapter members to bring a non-perishable food item to the event. Collected items will be delivered on behalf of the chapter.

Dress up in your best holiday outfit and join your friends and colleagues for an evening of magic. The members of the WI-MPI Annual Holiday Party/Chapter Fundraiser team would like to encourage you to participate in this year's event. The function promises to be an exciting event and we would like to offer your organization an opportunity to be a part of the festivities by becoming an official sponsor.

The Wisconsin Chapter of Meeting Professionals International will be holding its Annual Fundraiser in conjunction with our Holiday Party on December 4, 2003 at the Marriott Madison West, located in Middleton. Previous fundraising efforts have shown the chapter's willingness to participate and we are again asking for everyone's continued support.

We would like to encourage everyone's participation in this wonderful event. All donations will be accepted. We ask everyone to try and incorporate or combine their donations with other members or venues to create destination packages.

The money that is raised by the Annual Fundraiser will be used for a variety of purposes that include:

•	Guaranteeing the level of education offered to WI-MPI Chapter members on an annual basis.
•	Offering a scholarship for a student entering the industry.
•	Continuing the growth of the Meeting Planner Degree program established by the Wisconsin Chapter in 2001.
•	Local charities designated by the WI-MPI Board of Directors.
