ROI Methodology for Meeting Professionals
An MPI Platinum Presentation

What does it take to demonstrate your ROI at your organization? What do your C-level executives value and look to see measured?  Learn about the application of measurement tools with a strong focus on measuring the right stakeholders for the right reasons and demonstrating your value, the value of your team and the value of meetings and conferences for your organization. This program will include measurement tools, survey techniques, role of procurement, what CEOs really value and supply chain management.  This program is a direct result of the MPI Foundation's ROI Measurement Systems Project.

After participating in this session, you will be able to:
Identify the four components of the ROI Methodology
Identify five levels of measurement
Recognize the benefits of intangibles
Develop a personal action plan
