McPhee,

Doug McPhee is with
Conferon Global Services and has extensive
meeting planning experience. He was a
Conferon client prior to working as a
National Account Manager. His previous
role as Executive Secretary for the California
ASCD (Association for Supervision and
Curriculum Development) added to his
knowledge of the meeting planning industry.
As a professional speaker and consultant,
he has traveled widely and presented
to groups in the US and abroad for the
last 15 years. His clients include Pfizer,
TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Home Goods,
Allstate Insurance, Farmers Insurance
and the Ken Blanchard Companies. Doug
is an active member of San Diego MPI
and is currently on MPI’s Professional
Development Strategy Group.
Recently Doug and his
wife Cecelia bought a farm in Upstate
New York. They will be spending the next
year renovating and hope to move to the
farm with their “Roodle” Kenya
soon. |

Morning
Our morning session will focus on teambuilding and communication. Chapter members will have the opportunity to experience a number of activities that will support the board and committee chairs in working more productively to accomplish chapter goals. The morning will include two types of activities: Getting to Know You Activities and Team Building Activities. Comfortable clothes and sports shoes suggested.
